Jamese Williams, 22, Found Deceased in Whitehall; Investigation Ongoing
Authorities in Allegheny County are investigating the death of Jamese Williams, a 22-year-old woman from Whitehall, whose body was found inside her vehicle on Kennywood Boulevard, according to law enforcement officials.
Police reported that Williams was discovered deceased inside her 2014 Chevy Equinox. At this time, investigators say no foul play is expected, though detectives continue to review the circumstances surrounding her death. The investigation remains active as officials work to determine what led to her passing.
Williams had previously been reported missing after she was last seen leaving EON in Homestead, Pennsylvania, on New Year’s Eve. Family and friends grew concerned when she was not seen or heard from afterward and failed to report to work. In response, police issued an all-points bulletin (APB) for her vehicle, described as a 2014 Chevy Equinox with Missouri license plate NK5 T4F.

During the search, a vehicle with a broken rear window was located that appeared to match the description of Williams’ SUV. At the time, authorities had not publicly confirmed whether the vehicle belonged to her. Law enforcement later confirmed that Williams was found inside her Chevy Equinox on Kennywood Boulevard.
Earlier in the search, police urged anyone with information about Williams’ whereabouts to call 911 immediately. While initial concerns raised fears of possible criminal activity, investigators have since indicated that no foul play is suspected at this stage. Officials emphasize that the case remains under investigation until all facts are fully reviewed.
Jamese Williams’ death has prompted an outpouring of grief and support from the community. Loved ones and community members are asking for prayers and privacy as they mourn a young life lost far too soon.
